We've been wondering where Evan hides his pacifiers. That three nights worth of work for him.

Puffs

It's amazing what we consider interesting these days as compared to several years ago.  Here is a video of Evan eating his new favorite snack, sweet potato flavored puffs.  He's very methodical and will eat each puff one-by-one.  I'm sure this will be a fascinating video for others to watch.

A New Pops

Adam Popelmayer made his long awaited appearance early last week. Congratulations to Brian and Michelle. Say goodbye to sleep for the next six months (18 years).

Moving Forward

Evan finally started moving forward last weekend.  To date, all of his crawling has been in reverse.   Uncle Kelly was on hand with his video skills to capture the historic first forward move on Friday afternoon.

Mothers Day

The weather was perfect today so we were able to get out and take a nice long walk.  Happy Mothers Day to all!

The Shelf

It only took two hours, one trip to the hardware store, and one bandaide...but I put up a shelf today.  The most exciting part was I used multiple tools (successfully) including my electric drill and level.  As always, there was no need for the tape measure.  My keen eye did all the measuring.

Here's some perspective to my master carpentry.  Note the semi-naked baby in the shot.  That was not intentional, but will provide a nice piece of courtroom evidence for Child Services.
